Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of momentumapplied.ai (the “site”), which is operated by Momentum Applied (“Momentum Applied,” “we,” or “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

The site describes our advisory practice, our team, and our perspectives. It is general information, not an offer, a proposal, or a commitment to provide services. Visiting the site, sending us a message, chatting with an assistant, or booking a meeting does not create a consulting engagement, an advisory relationship, or any duty on our part. An engagement exists only when both sides sign a written agreement.

Nothing on the site is legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Katerina and any other assistant on the site are artificial intelligence, not people. Their answers are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not commitments, quotes, advice, or agreements of any kind. Please check anything important with a member of our team before you rely on it, and do not share sensitive, confidential, financial, or health information in a chat. Chats are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

If an assistant books a meeting for you, the booking is a scheduling convenience only. We may need to reschedule or cancel, and a booked meeting does not oblige either side to enter into an engagement.

You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the site, its hosting, or its assistants, including by automated flooding, scraping at a volume that affects other visitors, or attempts to make an assistant ignore its instructions or reveal information it is not meant to share;
• try to gain access to parts of the site or our systems that are not meant for you, including our internal tools;
• introduce malicious code or probe the site for weaknesses without our written permission;
• submit false information, or information about another person without their permission; or
• use the site to send unsolicited advertising or to harass anyone.

Please give us accurate information when you contact us. Unless we agree in writing to treat something as confidential, please assume that what you send through the contact form or a chat is not confidential, and do not send trade secrets or other sensitive material. Whatever you send, you confirm that you are allowed to share it and that we may use it to respond to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The site’s text, design, images we created, and other content belong to Momentum Applied or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create works from its content without our written permission, except for brief quotations with credit and a link back.

Names and marks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify them. No endorsement or affiliation is implied. The organizations shown are ones our leadership has worked with or for in prior roles. The site links to third-party websites and services, such as LinkedIn and Google. We do not control them, are not responsible for them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Momentum Applied and its owners, team members, and providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of your use of the site or reliance on anything on it, including an assistant’s answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to that venue, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If you keep using the site after an update, you agree to the updated terms.
