Mauricio Muñoz Acosta
Founder, Momentum Applied
Mauricio brings nearly three decades of enterprise technology and transformation leadership to Momentum Applied, including CIO, CTO, Chief Digital Technology Officer, and vCISO roles and tier-one consulting engagements at Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, and Microsoft. His work spans transformation strategy and target operating model design, data and AI governance, and the organizational change work that makes any of it hold. He also brings more than sixteen years of cybersecurity and risk advisory work, including PCI compliance and security assessments for organizations such as AT&T and CSG, and now applies that background to how AI is changing security work itself, from AI-assisted vulnerability assessment and penetration testing to AI governance and risk posture. He holds an MBA in Information Technology Management, is CISSP, Prosci ADKAR, and PMP certified. He received an honorary doctorate in Innovation and Technology in September 2026 and is completing his third master's degree at Columbia University, expected December 2026. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with conversational Italian.

Dan Runion
Expert, AI-Enabled Product Development and Delivery
Dan brings a career that runs from software development through product management to portfolio and program leadership, including extensive work as an Agilist in large-scale SAFe environments across enterprise financial services. His work sits where strategy meets execution: taking executive intent, breaking it into workstreams and delivery plans, and then applying AI at every layer of the organization to carry them out. As an AI Product Manager, he currently leads AI-driven process redesign for an enterprise information security function, automating intake, compliance review, and reporting. He is also building Sortie HQ, an agentic system that turns strategy into executable work. At Momentum Applied, he helps teams move from a strategy that has been agreed to a delivery plan people can actually run.

Andres Eduardo Muñoz
Expert, Supply Chain & Business Analysis
Andres brings more than sixteen years in supply chain management, working as a business analyst, project manager, and hands-on warehouse management system (WMS) implementation lead, with a strong grounding in strategic price analysis. He understands how warehouses move, how supply chains move, how to analyze both, and how the business as a whole fits together. As a licensed Florida real estate agent, he can scope a warehouse build-out from the property back through operations, drawing on what he has done in warehousing before. He also spent five years running an agricultural warehousing and supply chain business, with operations across the United States and internationally in the Netherlands, South Africa, and Singapore, giving him hands-on fluency in import and export customs rules, USDA agricultural trade compliance, and state-level warehousing and licensing requirements. Andres is comfortable traveling to clients, brings an extensive relationship-management approach, and speaks English, Spanish, and conversational Portuguese.
