Momentum Applied is a founder-led advisory practice. It exists because most transformation work stalls at the same point — the moment a strategy has to become an operating model that a real organization runs on, with real governance, real ownership, and real delivery discipline behind it.
That belief comes directly from the founder’s career: two decades spent in enterprise technology, architecture, portfolio management, and executive advisory roles — first inside large delivery organizations, then in direct advisory and fractional-executive work with organizations navigating transformation, technology modernization, and AI adoption.
Momentum Applied is built to scale that same range: senior judgment applied directly, with a network of specialists brought in as engagements require, rather than a fixed bench sized for its own sake.
