Momentum Applied Forms Through Merger with Inerdesign

Momentum Applied today announced the completion of its merger with Inerdesign, LLC, a Delaware company that has operated for close to 26 years. Effective September 7, 2026, Inerdesign merged into Momentum Applied, which continues as the surviving entity.

Inerdesign will continue operating under its own name as the transition proceeds.

The merger brings Inerdesign's operating history together with Momentum Applied's advisory practice, led by founder Mauricio H. Muñoz Acosta, whose background spans enterprise transformation, technology strategy, and AI advisory work across global organizations.

Momentum Applied is a consulting and advisory practice focused on turning strategy into operating structure and measurable execution.
