Momentum Applied and Inerdesign Complete Merger

Momentum Applied and Inerdesign, LLC, a Delaware company that has operated for close to 26 years, today announced the completion of their merger, effective September 7, 2026.

Momentum Applied and Inerdesign both continue to operate under their own names as the two practices come together.

The merger brings Inerdesign's operating history together with Momentum Applied's advisory practice, led by founder Mauricio Muñoz Acosta, whose background spans enterprise transformation, technology strategy, and AI advisory work across global organizations.

Momentum Applied is a consulting and advisory practice focused on turning strategy into operating structure and measurable execution.
